We understand you might feel overwhelmed when thinking about an unexpected pregnancy.
What You Can Expect
When a client facing an unexpected pregnancy comes to our Centre, we meet with her for an hour, on average, at the initial visit. This is a safe and confidential space where she can share the circumstances of her pregnancy. She will receive information about her pregnancy options including abortion, adoption and parenting. In an understanding and non-judgemental manner, we will provide ongoing support and a safe place regardless of her decision. We also express the importance of seeing her Family Physician to confirm and accurately date the pregnancy (especially if she is considering a medical termination).
